Freelance Journalism

Ive been tossing up whether to do a course in Freelance Journalism but after reading some reviews on here about not getting paid on time I dont know whether to take a risk and do a course or flag it. Any Freelance Journalisms out there?

It is difficult yes. I have a degree in journalism and it is difficult finding regular work if freelance. If I were you I would also consider online journalism as this is a growing industry. Your best bet is to do a course which has an option of Internship to get practical experience or at least line up something to go straight into after your course ends. Hope that helps. ML.
