ok, so there's vw beetles covered in grass, or with spikes (i.e the cars that ate Paris), there's the mystery mobile from scooby do, and hot rods with flames up the sides, and I'd argue the old ice-cream vans are on the edge of artistic. Obviously I'm stating the obvious one's here, but seen any goodies? or had a go yourself? I'm on the scout out for ideas...

Re: art cars
Hi there Papercup,
My new colleague drives a VW which has been painted by the kids in the street where it lives - a sky blue background and then lots of stylised daisy flowers (of the kind that 4 year olds or non-artistic grown ups draw) in all sorts of colours.
Amongst stories shared already, the car was "borrowed" by some hoons when it was parked at the local shops - within an hour the police received phone calls from several motorists noting that the driver wasn't waving back to them and might have been stolen. Returned without any damage! Pais.

Hiya Paisley,
haha, love the story!
thanks so much for sharing.
not sure if i'd let my neighbours loose with a paintbrush, but well worth the risk by the sounds.
That car is driving around in my mind now, having a lovely ol' time of it.
