heard phd,doctorate woman seem untouchable,bw average prson.
its nice 2 hav 1, but 2 good 2 be true.

I really like intelligent women who know they're really clever and manage to incorporate that quality into their life in a matter-of-fact way.  

So I don't think of women with doctorates as 'untouchable', by any means!  

But I'm aware that if they are in the middle of working on  their thesis, they may seem a little immersed and preoccupied from time to time- or for years at a stretch.  That's one of the things that I find attractive, but it's probably a bit of a turn-off for some people.

Well ! Thank goodness intelligence or attractiveness is not measured by academic success - some of the most intelligent people I know left school and didn't even finish any form of qualification - anyone who thinks they are better than me or anyone else just because they have a PhD or any other academic qualification ain't on my Christmas list. Have to say I dislike that sort of elitism. Why are they untouchable? What makes them, to you, seem like that?

Spec if the thesis is on the nuances of shakesperian tragedy, or the life and times of a green-ant, or the emergence of really bad text-talk, or even how pumpkins have evolved. Now that is a thesis of worth ... I would gladly support anybody in such intellectual pursuits.

hay jasay too true really the smartest, wisest and most tuned in people i know havnt got past year nine, but we bush people and different sort of knowledge is privileged but then im mutant becasue i love school and went to uni when i become doctor i wont be modest everyone can call me doc
